Matt Lauer to Kate Gosselin: You took 8 kids on a flight to Australia??

Reality-TV star Kate Gosselin, the now-single mother of eight kids, has had her private life and public antics chronicled in the tabloids. But TODAY's Matt Lauer had to ask first about Kate's MOST shocking escapade: A recent trip to Australia... with her kids. All of them.

As a father of three, Matt clearly couldn't contain his incredulity/awe over this feat.

Matt Lauer: You took eight kids under the age of 10 years old on a 21-hour flight to Australia?
Kate Gosselin: I did.
Matt: How’d that go?
Kate: It was one of the best flights of our lives
Matt: Are you kidding me?
